TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT CONTRACT

This Travel Arrangement Contract (“Contract”) is entered into on [Date] by and between:

  • Travel Service Provider: [Tomo Planz Inc.]
  • Customer: [Traveler’s Full Name]

Services Provided:

  1. [Flight Booking: Own arrangement]
  2. [Hotel Accommodation: Own arrangement Hotel name, location, check-in/check-out dates information will be given to The Travel Service Provider.]
  3. [Tour/Excursion: Details of any tours or excursions]

Total Cost: [Total amount, including taxes and fees]

Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit of 5,000 JPY due on 30 days prior to tour date.
  • Final payment of [Amount] due on 14 days prior to tour date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 13 days prior to the tour date are subject to a 20% fee.
  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the tour date are subject to a 50% fee.
  • No refund if canceled within 3 days of tour date.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment details.
  • Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are available for the trip.
  • Please purchase your own travel insurance.
  • The Travel Service Provider and Tour guide are not responsible for any accidents or subsequent injuries that may occur during the tour.

Liability: The Travel Service Provider is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by airlines, weather, or other factors beyond their control.

Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
